The story:

Factory Honda rider and 11-times TT winner Phillip McCallen used to learn the circuit by driving at night. He took advantage of being able to see oncoming traffic via their headlights and used the full width of the course in order to practice his lines. McCallen became one of the most successful TT racers in the event’s history - his nocturnal training clearly paid off.
